Location: Cookley, Worcestershire
Working 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts.
Starting from £12.00 per hour –with a structured pay progression plan

PRODUCTION OPERATIVES/FLT Driver – starting from £12.00 per hour with a structured pay progression plan
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cookley, Worcestershire
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the position of Production Operative.
Working 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts.
6:00am – 2:00pm, 6:00am – 11:30am on Friday.
2:00pm – 10:00pm, 11:30am – 5:00pm on Friday.
10:00pm – 6:00am, 5:00pm – 10:30pm on Friday.
The Role
The role holder will be working in a heavy engineering/manufacturing environment where you will gain training on various machinery and be part of a busy team.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will require:
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility
- Team working attitude
- Ability to also work alone
- High degree of Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing machinery
- Willingness to undergo further training and development
- All appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is worn at all times
Training/Qualifications
- Full Company induction training will be provided
- Further on the job training provided as necessary
- CNC experience preferred but not essential
- FLT License preferred but not essential
